Jesse is currently researching the components that “tag” memories for consolidation during sleep and how this process can be maximized through target memory reactivation. She has always been interested in psychology and the way individuals process the same information differently, and her young fascination of dreams led her to an interest in sleep’s role in cognitive function. Being a lifelong athlete, Jesse hopes to combine her passions and perhaps find herself researching in the sports performance industry to help athletes enhance their cognitive skills and maximize their athletic performance on the field.
